position focuses specifically on our largest global customers. THE
ROLE The Client Partner, Global Strategic Accounts, USA acts as the
regional business owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, revenue
ownership, and platform adoption, with accountability for long-term
growth, executive partnership, and operational excellence. We are
highly focused on the idea of putting Customers First. The more you
focus on helping your customers succeed, the more successful you
will be. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor, creating
win-win outcomes that deliver meaningful value for both Smartly and
our clients. This is not a traditional customer success role. You
will lead complex, multi-stakeholder relationships, shape how
Smartly is embedded into your customers’ operating models, and
orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes across
creative automation, media activation, and intelligence. You are
expected to operate comfortably at the executive level, bring a
strong point of view, and drive progress in environments that are
often ambiguous and fast-moving. RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise
Account Leadership Own the North America strategy and commercial
outcomes for a portfolio of global, enterprise customers Act as the
senior executive partner to client stakeholders, including VP and
C-level leaders Build deep, trust-based relationships across
marketing, media, creative, and operations teams on the client side
Growth & Commercial Ownership Own revenue forecasting, pipeline
management, and expansion strategy for assigned accounts Identify,
shape, and close opportunities anchored to customer outcomes and
platform value Lead joint business planning with customers,
aligning priorities, timelines, and success metrics Platform
Adoption & Value Creation Drive adoption of Smartly’s platform
across creative, media, and intelligence use cases Translate
Smartly’s product roadmap into clear, business-relevant value for
customers Partner closely with Product and Solutions teams to
ensure customer needs inform roadmap priorities Cross-Functional
Orchestration Lead and align internal teams across Client Partners,
Solutions Engineering, Creative Services, Managed Services, and
Sales Remove friction, clarify ownership, and ensure the right
people are engaged at the right time Establish clear communication,
escalation, and feedback loops to maintain momentum and
accountability Operating Model & Change Management Help customers
evolve their internal workflows and operating models as they scale
creative and media through Smartly Navigate agency relationships,
internal client politics, and regional/global complexity Act as a
steady, credible leader during moments of change, ambiguity, or
urgency WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In the First 90 Days Deep
understanding of assigned accounts, including stakeholders,
contracts, growth opportunities, and risks Trusted relationships
established with key internal partners and client decision-makers
Clear account strategies in place, with prioritized initiatives and
defined success metrics By 6 Months Measurable progress against
revenue targets and platform adoption goals Smartly positioned as a
strategic partner, not just a vendor, within customer organizations
Strong internal alignment across teams, with clear ownership and
reduced operational friction By 12 Months Consistent revenue growth
driven by expanded platform adoption and long-term partnerships
Customers actively advocating for Smartly internally and externally
A high-performing, scalable account team operating with clarity,
confidence, and momentum THE PERSON We are looking for an
ambitious, proactive curious and experienced client lead. They will
be highly organized, able to work independently on projects where
needed but also enjoy working within a team that has a strong,
collaborative working ethos. At 8-12 years in ad-tech/mar-tech
industries, with a proven track record of complex, multi-matrixed,
growing strategic accounts preferred; Are naturally inclined to
lead, organise, and orchestrate a key account tea Proven ability to
drive revenue growth through platform expansion , not one-off sales
Comfortable operating at the executive level, with strong presence,
judgment, and communication skills Deep understanding of the
digital advertising ecosystem, including creative automation, media
platforms, and measurement Experienced in cross-functional
leadership and influencing without authority Highly organized,
strategic, and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
and complexity Motivated by ownership, accountability, and building

base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year,
plus an annual performance bonus. We take into consideration an
individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining
final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly’s total rewards
provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision
insurances, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks
vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance, and disability
