Cumberland Farms, affectionately known as 'Cumby's', is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy retail locations. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the store's modern appeal and commitment to customer convenience, while driving sales and managing staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-first attitude, and a deep understanding of retail management. As a leader at Cumby's, the Store Manager will be expected to uphold our values and standards, making an impact on the community and the brand's success. Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle budgeting and payroll, and control inventory to minimize costs and maximize sales. Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards. Train new employees and develop current employees through performance management and giving constructive feedback. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to provide a safe shopping environment. Analyze sales data and inventory levels to anticipate customer demands and adjust orders as necessary. Resolve customer complaints and issues amicably and efficiently. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems Financial and business acumen Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Certification in Retail Management or a related field is advantageous but not required.
