We are seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Coordinator to lead the development, coordination, and execution of Building Information Modeling processes across architectural and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact for project BIM coordination, ensuring that all models meet client requirements, align with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and support efficient project delivery from design through construction.



Key Responsibilities:

--- Lead coordination efforts across disciplines, managing and integrating architectural, structural, and MEP models up to LOD300 or higher.

--- Facilitate clash detection processes using Navisworks or equivalent tools, documenting and resolving conflicts through coordination meetings.

--- Review models from consultants and subcontractors for quality, consistency, and adherence to the project's BEP and industry standards.

--- Develop and maintain project-specific Revit templates, content libraries, and standardized BIM workflows.

--- Manage project data environments, including Common Data Environments (CDEs), and ensure all model versions and supporting documentation are accurately updated and archived.

--- Support the integration of point cloud data, existing conditions, and redline markups into federated models.

--- Train and mentor junior BIM technicians and provide ongoing support for modeling standards and software usage.

--- Collaborate closely with project managers, design leads, and construction teams to ensure BIM deliverables align with overall project goals and timelines.

--- Contribute to BIM strategy development and process improvements across the organization.



Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

--- 5+ years of hands-on BIM experience in architectural and MEP coordination roles.

--- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

--- Deep understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination and building systems (architectural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

--- Proven experience leading BIM coordination meetings and managing issue tracking systems (e.g., BIM 360/ACC, Revizto).

--- Strong knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., AIA E203, ISO 19650, LOD specifications).

--- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, technical drawings, and specifications.

--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of cross-team collaboration.



Preferred Qualifications:

--- Experience with infrastructure or transportation projects.

--- Familiarity with point cloud processing and Scan-to-BIM workflows.

--- Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, or other computational design tools.

--- Certification in BIM technologies or project coordination (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, CM-BIM).


Salary: $70K-$85K
