globe. Job Description: We are seeking an empathetic,
solutions-oriented Account Manager to join our team and support the
Brand Partnerships team with their growing list of clients. As the
Account Manager, you will be a key contributor to the Account
Management team and will be responsible for the successful creation
and execution of ad campaigns ultimately ensuring 100% delivery of
all programs assigned. You will have the opportunity to partner
with almost every department at Doing Things, from our Creative
Team, to Sales, Finance, Merch, Shows, and Rights Management teams
and you will ensure that each campaign is impactful, and organized.
You will play a critical role in inter-departmental collaboration
and building long-term, strong client relationships. You are
professional, polished and articulate, with superior organization
and communication abilities. This is a hybrid position in New York
City. Responsibilities: Excellent, empathetic, and

externally Own the full account management process, from pre- to
post-sale, while contributing to a positive, collaborative team
culture with levity, humor, and professionalism Thrives in a
high-growth, fast-paced environment and balances independent work
with collaboration Pre-Sale Partner with Sellers and Creative on
the full pre-sale process — from synthesizing RFPs to developing
innovative, cohesive proposals that leverage DT ad products Build
media plans in Excel that are rooted in strategy based on
performance trends, past campaign results and KPIs Develop turnkey
proposal decks that distill brainstorm outputs into a clear,
compelling story rooted in the DT solution Support the Sales team
by providing materials and insights that highlight the Post-Sale
process, demonstrating how campaigns are executed and brought to
life Post-Sale Lead all post-sale client communication by
establishing, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with
client partners Guide clients through smooth campaign kickoffs and
into creative production with clarity and confidence Demonstrate
exceptional detail orientation, proactivity, and strategic thinking
in both client and internal communication — understanding each step
of the path so cross-functional partners can execute seamlessly
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and other teams
throughout every phase of the campaign lifecycle—serving as the
connective tissue across teams, identifying blockers early, and
proactively driving solutions forward while fostering strong
relationships Coordinate all aspects of creative production,
including requesting new assets, relaying client feedback, and
aggregating deliverables for review/approval Manage all content
delivery to the client, ensuring every asset is reviewed, greenlit,
and ready for launch by the flight start Continuously monitor
campaign performance and pacing, providing clients with thoughtful
and actionable optimization recommendations Translate performance
into clear visuals and materials with relevant context, enabling
clients to understand partnership value relative to company and
industry benchmarks Turn campaign learnings into actionable
insights, acting as a consultative partner to clients Ensure full
delivery and wrap-up of media programs, including actualization and
reconciliation Maintain up-to-date, accurate internal documents and
sheets with clean reporting across your full portfolio of programs
Uphold and evolve internal workflows, templates, and documentation
with leadership to increase efficiency and client
satisfaction—identifying recurring challenges across campaigns and
proposing scalable fixes Surface opportunities for incremental
spend, renewals, and long-term partnerships based on performance
trends and client goals Qualifications: 3.5 years of experience
managing campaigns within a media company, agency, or similar
environment Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time
management skills; able to juggle multiple projects with clarity
and consistency Adaptable and composed under pressure, comfortable
navigating ambiguity and fast-changing environments Strong
interpersonal skills: thoughtful, patient, resourceful, resilient,
self-aware, and able to collaborate effectively across teams Deep
understanding of the social media landscape, particularly memes,
viral content, and platform-native creative Exceptional client
service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely,
and confidently with internal and external stakeholders Proficient
in building media plans and developing/presenting client-facing
materials Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana,
G-Suite, and Slack Experience with analytics and reporting tools
(e.g., Kantar) and comfortable translating performance data into
actionable insights Experience with Boostr and revenue recognition

position at the time of posting will range from $75,000 to $90,000
USD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors,
including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and
