Job Summary Innovative Health Systems is an outpatient addiction treatment facility located in White Plains, NY. Innovative Health Systems is licensed by the State of New York's Office of Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Services and is looking for a full-time bilingual (Spanish speaking) qualified health professional designated as a Substance Abuse Counselor. Experience with a wide range of mental health disorders and CBT, MI and Seeking Safety a plus. Schedule is M-F and may include evenings. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include: 1) Provide individual counseling and case management services to clients; 2) Lead group counseling sessions; 3) Maintain timely documentation including progress notes, group notes, treatment plans; 4) Conduct intakes, level of care determinations, psychiatric screening, bio-psychosocials and involve family members in treatment; 5) Participation in case conferences, in-service trainings and individual supervision; 6) Additional duties will be determined by the Clinical Director. Qualifications and Skills Must be a QHP and hold at least one of the following: LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT, LMHC or CASAC and have at least 1 year experience in mental health and/or alcoholism and drug treatment.
