Personal Injury Attorney ? Asbestos Litigation Attorney What You'll Do Handle all phases of litigation , from case inception to trial. Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while delivering outstanding results. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery . Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations . Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to each case. Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and co-counsel to build strong cases. What You'll Bring Significant litigation experience in personal injury or asbestos/toxic torts .
