Job Description:
We're seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the
development and implementation of predictive analytics solutions
for Hub Delivery operations. This role bridges business strategy,
operational excellence, and data-driven decision making to optimize
delivery networks and enhance customer experience. A successful
candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful,
a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels
of the organization. Key job responsibilities - Define and execute
the product roadmap for predictive analytics solutions in hub
delivery operations - Partner with operations teams to identify key
challenges and opportunities for applying predictive analytics -
Translate complex operational problems into clear business
requirements for technical teams - Lead cross-functional teams to
develop solutions for business reporting, demand forecasting, route
optimization, and capacity planning - Create and monitor KPIs to
measure the success of predictive analytics implementations - Drive
adoption of new tools and processes across hub operations teams
About the team The Hub Delivery product allows local small
businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and
cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This
is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on
an exponential growth trajectory globally. - 5 years of product or
program management, product marketing, business development or
technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent -
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition -
Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with
feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a
product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products -
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven
insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
