Job Description Family Medicine Physician (Residency Accepted) - Southampton, NY Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Shift: Day shift (one weekend day per month required) Setting: Outpatient private practice Job Summary: Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, with a focus on prevention and health promotion. The role offers a supportive, team-based outpatient environment with personalized patient care. Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide outpatient care across the lifespan - newborns to adults - Perform office-based procedures (EKG, spirometry, mole/wart removal, pap smears, IUD placement, wellness exams) - Collaborate with a dedicated admin and medical assistant team - Utilize EMR system (Amazing Charts) effectively - Maintain a patient-centered, individualized care approach Qualification, Licensure, and Experience: - Board Certification in Family Medicine (new grads allowed 6-month grace period) - Active NY medical license (or willingness to obtain; costs covered) - Proficient in EMR usage (Amazing Charts preferred) - Outpatient GYN experience required - Providers with experience in LGBTQ care encouraged to apply Benefits: - Competitive base salary: $220,000-$275,000 with Quarterly Productivity bonus: up to $10,000 - Health, life, and disability insurance - 401(k) with employer match - 4 weeks of PTO - $1,500 CME allowance - Paid malpractice coverage - Licensing and dues assistance
