PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital rehabilitation services, is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering personalized speech therapy and recovery protocols aimed at helping patients regain their functional independence after surgery, injury, or illness. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and committed to fostering a supportive environment to facilitate recovery and enhance quality of life. Assess patient condition to develop suitable rehabilitation plans Implement speech therapy interventions based on patient-specific needs Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide cohesive patient care Educate patients and families about management strategies and home exercises Adhere to all professional and ethical standards set forth by regulatory bodies Proficient in various speech therapy techniques and tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Detailed documentation and patient records management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
