Job Description Post-Acute Care Physician (Part Time) opportunity in West Chester, PA Great part-time (2 days per week) primary care role managing complex patient cases in a post-acute setting (SNF) in West Chester, Pennsylvania, focusing on improving care for some of the most vulnerable patients.
