Philadelphia, PA Compensation: Base salary starts at $250,000 with
an incentive bonus up to $20,000 in the first year (and growing as
a partner). Signing bonus up to $50,000 or a $100,000 forgivable
loan. Clear path to partnership within 12–18 months — no buy-in
required. In fact, 65% of physicians make partner within the first
year, with total annual compensation typically over $300,000 once

group delivering high-quality, compassionate care to seniors with
complex health needs. Our mission is to honor seniors with

outcomes and quality of life. We believe doctors should have the
time, resources, and support they need to care for patients
properly — with no assembly-line medicine. For patients who need
it, we even provide free transportation to and from the clinic, so
no one is left behind. As a Primary Care Physician with us, you’ll
enjoy a full-time, 100% outpatient practice. Expect a Monday
through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Clinic hours
run from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with your last patient scheduled at
4:15 PM. You’ll see an average of just 18 patients a day and
maintain a small patient panel of no more than 450 seniors,
typically managing 3–5 chronic conditions. You’ll have dedicated
admin time built into your day and a care team that includes your
own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist — so you
can focus on practicing real, value-based care instead of rushing
through visits. This role comes with generous time off and

for you about no-shows. To qualify, you must be Board Certified or
Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric
Medicine. You’ll need an active or clearable license in
