Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: Up to $90,000/year (based on experience) Health, Vision & Dental Insurance – 80% covered Simple Roth IRA with 3% employer match Commission Bonuses : Earn $20–$25 for each EMG test performed Unlimited Internal CEU Reimbursement 2 Weeks PTO 6 Paid Federal Holidays Laptop provided for documentation Job Responsibilities Full-time (30 hours/week) See an average of 12 patients per day Provide 100% one-on-one patient care in 40-minute sessions Work with manual therapy, vestibular, and balance patients Treat a diverse population: adult through geriatric Learn and grow with EMG testing opportunities Document with Prompt EMR Professional Growth – ECS Opportunity We are especially interested in PTs who are excited about pursuing Board Certification as an Electrophysiological Clinical Specialist (ECS) . ECS certification allows PTs to perform EMG testing independently. This involves a three-year residency that prepares you for the board exam. We are willing to support and invest in a PT pursuing this path, but it does require a commitment to remain employed with us long-term, as the residency involves significant time and supervisory investment on our part. While an ECS-track PT would be ideal, we also welcome staff PTs who are passionate about outpatient care and professional growth.
