Job Description:

Physical Therapist Assistant, where we dedicate our efforts to
provide superior rehabilitation therapy services in physical,
occupational, and speech therapy. We are committed to crafting
personalized treatment plans that ensure each patient achieves the
greatest level of function and the best outcomes possible. As part
of our team, you will work closely with Physical Therapists to
implement specialized care in healthcare facilities that partner
with us. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of
treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by
the supervising Physical Therapist. Document patient responses to
therapy and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans and in-clinic
exercises. Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all
times. Assist in maintaining clinic cleanliness and order. Engage
in continuous education opportunities to improve patient care
provided. Knowledge of physical therapy principles and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and effectively implement care
plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capability of
handling physical demands of the job such as moving or lifting
patients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid
Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice. CPR
and First Aid certification preferred.
