You will be a crucial part of a team that specializes in providing efficient, in-depth dialysis treatment to patients with renal insufficiency. Monitor patient health and dialysis treatment, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal care Operate and maintain dialysis machines and systems Administer medications as prescribed by a physician Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality regulations Support patients emotionally and provide guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment Strong observational and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detailed knowledge of dialysis treatment and procedure Ability to handle stressful situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is highly desirable
