Job Description:
We are seeking an infectious disease physician to join a
multi-specialty practice, serving the healthcare needs of the
Hudson Valley community. The practice is part of an ACO REACH
Program and is NCQA - Patient Centered Medical Home certified.
Practice Details: The group that includes Internal Medicine, Family
Medicine, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Behavioral
Health, Infectious Diseases, and has an In-Office Infusion Suite
Join our current team of 5 Infectious Diseases providers. Inpatient
/ Outpatient services provided Salary is based on the number of
days per week and experience (range 200K-275K) Possible Incentive
for after-hours/weekends Excellent benefits, including pension and
paid time off Location Kingston, New York, offers an interesting
mix of historic charm and modern amenities in the heart of the
Hudson Valley. Located about 90 miles north of New York City, this
small city of approximately 23,500 residents combines
