ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Interventional Radiology RN - 12 Hour Nights Location Bronx, NY Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour shifts, with start times at either 7 AM or 7 PM. The schedule includes two 15-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch break. Job Description The Interventional Radiology (IR) RN will be integral in managing patient care through all phases of interventional procedures. The role involves pre-operative assessments, IV insertions, and patient monitoring throughout procedures. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and document patient care per the Radiology Flowsheet. Manage patient care in the pre, intra, and post-operative phases. Communicate effectively with the physician and mid-level providers regarding the patient's care plan. Perform IV insertions and prepare patients for CT procedures. Participate in various interventional procedures including complex vascular interventions and biopsies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology (IR). Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required; PALS certification is mandatory. Proficiency in IV starts and patient monitoring is essential.
