Compensation- Our contractors receive a generous percentage of revenue in addition to workshop and intensive opportunities

Responsibilities:
--- Provide one-on-one therapy to clients of your choosing
--- Conduct thorough assessments using medical records, interviews, observations, and collaboration with team members to determine client mental health status
--- Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives
--- Provide follow-up care, crisis intervention when necessary, and consistent communication with referral sources
--- Complete timely documentation-notes must be submitted within 24 hours
--- Respond promptly to referrals and maintain professional, dependable attendance (frequent cancellations send the wrong message to those in need)
--- Maintain clinical boundaries and adhere to ethical standards
--- Actively participate in our team culture of empowerment, support, and collaboration

Qualifications:
--- Active PA licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, LSW, LAPC)
--- Strong clinical skills and ethical standards
--- Reliable, compassionate, and self-motivated
--- Excellent written and verbal communication
--- Minimum of 3-5 years of working with mental health patients is required
--- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
