Job Description:
Join a caring team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing
compassionate nursing care in a warm, home-like environment.
Assess, document, and communicate residents' health status,
reporting significant changes to the care team.
Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead
Caregivers.
Coordinate care with community providers and support resident
independence.
Respond to emergencies and prevent elder abuse per regulations.
Requirements include a valid LPN license, CPR certification, and
1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably with the elderly.
