Our team will work with you based on your specifications, by modifying existing formulations or building them from scratch.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. You will be an essential part of our team, playing a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This role involves working with raw materials, conducting evaluations, reviewing production batches, and maintaining proper documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with adhesives and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various teams.Why join us?

  • Perform routine testing and evaluation of raw materials in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Document all test results and maintain accurate records of raw materials.
  • Review production batches to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with production and quality assurance teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for improving the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in laboratory testing methodologies.Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician in the Manufacturing industry or a related field.
    • Experience with adhesives is required.
    • Strong knowledge of raw materials and their properties.
    • Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting tests.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting.
