We are currently seeking a licensed clinical social worker for full-time or part-time (minimum of 16 hours) positions in our Shrewsbury, New Jersey center. This center is located in Monmouth County, which is close to Red Bank. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Psychiatric & Behavioral Health of New Jersey, you enjoy a collaborative and collegial work environment with a full spectrum of mental health clinicians as well as access to our very prestigious physician leadership team.Schedule: Mondays & Fridays via Telehealth. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-officeCompensation:Fee for service modelFull-time employees have the ability to earn $75,000-$85,000 annually.Requirements:Must be a New Jersey-licensed LCSW.One year of direct clinical experience preferred.A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.Advantages:FFS service model.W2 Position - Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income.
