developing and implementing strategic initiatives which drive

support strategic decision-making at Sika? As part of the Strategic
Project Management team of Region Americas, we are looking for a
Strategic Projects Specialist who will be responsible to design and
implement solutions supporting growth initiatives, drive projects
focusing on business development and operational efficiencies. In
your role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams
ranging from Operations to Sales to gather insights on business
performance, analyze data and develop strategic masterplans as well
as be involved in day-to-day execution and tracking. Salary: $110K
- $125K, depending on experience and education. Exciting Challenges
Interpret data, analyse results and define actions with Business,
Marketing and Operations stakeholders to solve key business
challenges Identify new opportunities provided by available data to
generate valuable insights for the business and support growth
Actively support countries / areas to review their strategic
business plans and support translation into operations footprints
through regular project drumbeats, dedicated workshops, as well as
storytelling guidance and presentation drafting Improve current and
develop new processes and solutions and lead their roll-out across
country organizations Support in drafting presentations and data
visualizations for country / area / region top-management
leveraging insights identified through data analysis / workshops /
other researches Create strong link with cross-functional teams to
introduce and expand innovative solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or
related fields 2-4 years of experience with strategic projects and
data analysis at a top consulting company Strong ability to connect
the dots and create compelling stories suitable for the top
management team Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
skills with ability of translating data insights into actionable
plans High autonomy combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a
can-do attitude Positive and energetic spirit that brings
innovative ideas that engage people around you Proficiency in Excel
and Office suite, knowledge of data visualization software (e.g.
Tableau, BI) is a plus Fluency in English and Spanish (written and
spoken), Portuguese and/or French would be a plus Occasional travel
