A company is looking for a Director/Head of Brand and
Community.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a movement around the auto repair experience through
strategic content and community initiatives
Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering
a culture of innovation and collaboration
Own brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual
identity across all customer interactions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in brand marketing, community building, or
communications, preferably in high-growth SaaS or customer-centric
industries
Proven ability to create impactful storytelling and engage with
community stakeholders
Strong strategic and hands-on execution skills in ambiguous
environments
Experience in or adjacent to industries like automotive, trades, or
small business is a plus
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence
cross-functional teams
