you'll lead initiatives to optimize processes, boost quality, cut
costs, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. If

What You'll Own
- Lead the Charge - Identify and execute strategies to improve
productivity, safety, and quality while reducing costs.
- Optimize Every Step - Design and refine processes to streamline
fabrication and assembly operations.
- Set the Standard - Create detailed standard operating procedures
and documentation for all manufacturing activities.
- Analyze & Improve - Use time and motion studies to fine-tune
workflows and establish production benchmarks.
- Collaborate to Win - Partner with engineering and production
teams to improve design-for-manufacturability.
- Be the Fixer - Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the production
floor with urgency and skill.
- Champion Lean - Drive lean manufacturing principles and lead
continuous improvement efforts across the shop.
- Engineer Smarter - Design custom fixtures and tools that take our
processes to the next level.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve - Integrate new technologies and best
practices to keep us future-ready.
- Own the Data - Maintain accurate BOMs and routing updates to
support seamless operations.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing
Engineering.
- Experience: 6-8 years in industrial manufacturing, including
hands-on work with fabrication processes.
- Certifications: Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma training is a
major plus.
- Tech Know-How:
o Experience with MiG Welding, Plasma/Waterjet, Press Brakes,
Lathes, etc.
o CNC programming (milling & lathes).
o Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (Inventor Vault
a bonus).
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MRP systems.
