Job Description Job Description ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a friendly and professional Spanish-speaking customer service receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role. QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dedicated to customer service Able to anticipate customer needs Able to effectively relate to a customer BENEFITS: Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days) Weekends off Training and development $15 per hour Growth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agency RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with Spanish speaking customers, as needed.
