Training & development Dustin's Plumbing Heating and A/c Repair, a
leader in the residential Plumbing and HVAC, is seeking an
experienced and dedicated installer to join our team. This role is
essential in ensuring the high-quality installation of our
products, maintaining safety standards, and achieving customer
satisfaction. Responsibilities: As a helper on a crew installing
plumbing and HVAC systems, youll be responsible for several tasks.
First and foremost, you must adhere to all safety guidelines and
company standards. During the installation process, youll need to
address and resolve any issues that arise. Additionally,
maintaining clear communication with the team and clients is
crucial. Youll also be involved in heavy lifting, digging, working
on ladders, cleaning, and installing equipment. Requirements:
Proven experience as and installer/helper. Technical skills and
knowledge relevant to plumbing/hvac. Strong focus on safety and
quality. Excellent problem-solving and customer skills. Ability to
