looking for a Senior Group Director to join our dedicated Project
team in New Jersey. You will play a leading role in defining the
change management pillar for the project team by analyzing the
impact of the work being accomplished (system implementation) by
the project team, on people, work processes, and the Brand, to
proactively develop and implement appropriate responses
(communication strategy) which may include: the development of the
communication strategy, to minimize disruption, and to ensure an
informed alignment amongst all key stakeholders and constituents,
including the project team. This role regularly prepares, supports,
and equips people to adopt to the new systems, new way of being,
and to identify how the new changes may drive organizational
change, impact on people and their job roles. This role interfaces
with Global Project Hero team, Finance, Operations, TECH and the
divisions. Our ideal candidate will have minimum 12 years of
experience and a passion for transformation roles. What impact you
can create at CHANEL: Coordinate Local Change Impact Analysis
against fit/gap and process maps for the US Identify and steer
regional senior stakeholders and impacted end-users; Tailor comms.
plan to US needs and timelines; manage execution against Global
comms plan / timelines Coordinate across local teams to tailor
training approach and content to US needs Steer activities at the
local level associated with the mapping of new roles &
responsibilities based on process changes to current
jobs/individuals in-market and conduct mapping for regional roles
where processes are delivered at a regional level Collects KPIs
performance at regional and local level and implements corrective

base salary range for this position is $166,000 through $200,800.
Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this
